The humble student never stops learning, there is always more to learn and time to practice, even the longest practicing Sifus will still practice the first form daily and can learn new techniques by observing or training others.

6 Forms
Siu Lim Tao (Little Idea Form ) This is the first form in the syllabus and is taught to train basics or our art such as correct positioning and internal energy.
Chum Kiu (Seeking the Bridge) The second form builds on base knowledge and uses turning and techniques together.
Biu Gee (thrusting fingers) third and final hand form which has advanced techniques or emergency escapes plus teaches how to perfect last minute energy.
Mook Yang Jong (Wooden Dummy) representing a physical opponent the dummy form contains fighting techniques which can be practised in a waythat applies them directly.
Luk Dim Boon Gwun (Pole Form) The first weapon form in Wing Chun which helps the student develop strength in the legs and arms, improve coordination and help to understand WC principles better.
Bart Cham Dao (Butterfly Knife Form ) The final form to be learnt, reinforcing the underlying Wing Chun principles seen in the other hand forms and improve wrist strength.
