How Membership Works

Every new applicant begins at White Level. Higher tiers are reserved for existing SKWCMAA schools that meet the requirements and pass review

Membership Levels

White Membership (Entry Level)

White Membership – Starting Point

Every new club, school, or instructor begins at White Level. This ensures a consistent foundation and fair integration into the Association.

Requirements:

✓ Attend at least one annual seminar with a senior instructor

✓ If from another lineage: complete the Transitional Certification Program (TCP)

✓ At least one instructor enrolls in the Instructor Certification Course

✓ Follow the Association’s Code of Conduct and teaching standards

Benefits:

✓ Access to official curriculum and resources

✓ Eligibility for Association events

✓ Basic promotional support

✓ Listed on the official website as a school/instructor in transition

Bronze Membership (For Member Schools Only)

Bronze Membership – Certified Schools

Bronze is available only to SKWCMAA schools already inside the Association that meet the basic standards.

Requirements:

✓ Host or participate in at least one annual seminar with a senior instructor

✓ Maintain compliance with the Association’s Code of Conduct and teaching standards

Benefits:

✓ Access to curriculum & resources

✓ Eligibility for events

✓ Promotional support

✓ Listed as a Certified SKWCMAA School/Club

Silver Membership (For Member Schools Only)

Silver Membership – Established Schools

Silver is for established schools that want to deepen their involvement with the Association.

Requirements:

✓ Fulfil all Bronze requirements

✓ Host or participate in an additional annual seminar (2 total)

✓ Submit video recordings of all forms by at least one instructor

✓ Promote SKWCMAA on social media

✓ Display the Association logo on your school’s website

Benefits:

✓ All Bronze benefits

✓ Priority event booking

✓ Enhanced promotional activities

✓ Access to additional educational resources

Gold Membership (For Member Schools Only)

Gold Membership – Leadership & Governance

Gold is the highest level of recognition, reserved for schools that play a leading role in the Association.

Requirements:

✓ Fulfil all Silver requirements

✓ Host or participate in at least two annual seminars with senior instructors

✓ Actively participate in at least one major Association event per year

✓ Fully integrate the Association’s curriculum & grading system

✓ Display Association branding (uniforms, flyers, clothing)

✓ Contribute to governance and leadership of SKWCMAA

✓ All Silver benefits

✓ Priority leadership roles in events & governance

✓ Strong promotional and financial support

✓ Highest level of recognition within SKWCMAA

Frequently Asked Questions
